The Wizard's Map

This map represents the blueprint for a successful outing in the forest. At first glance, it looks like nothing but chicken scratch: stick figure pines, a jagged river, the path next to a solid line for the carretera. But this was our viaje into the dark hollow. The old wizard who gave it to us seemed to have his hands in everything in the little town where we stayed. The map was our destiny.
